Our services
Key holding & handovers
We securely store your property keys for easy pickup by visitors, tenants, or workers. Keys are checked out and returned as needed, with your approval.
Payment management
We make advance payments on your behalf for invoices from service providers and cash payments to third parties as needed.
Callout service
Our team handles tasks like letting in tradesmen or turning on/off electricity. A set number of callouts is included in your monthly plan.
Concierge services
We assist with stocking your fridge, arranging airport transfers, organising group excursions, hiring private chefs, and providing home spa services.
Administrative tasks
We organise contractor visits and manage documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping related to your property
Maintenance / Handyman
Our staff handles all maintenance and manages contractors. Time is charged to the minute, with a 1-hour minimum for Options 1 and 2.
Mail collection & forwarding
We check your mailbox during visits, scan and email letters, or forward them by post. Packages sent to our office to be delivered on your next visit, you tell us how you want your post to be delivered..
Property inspections
We conduct thorough inspections with a customised checklist and provide a detailed report with photos after each visit
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping team can keep your property pristine with daily or arrival/departure cleaning and professional carpet, sofa, and window cleaning.

General cleaning will be charged at €18.00 an hour + products required, maintenance jobs or call out at €25 an hour (with a minimum charge of 2 hours) and the rental commission is 20% from the rental (check in and check out at €50, call out €30, preparation of contracts and forms and holding/dealing with damage deposit included).
